Nutrition and Meals

Mealtime is important for so many reasons: socializing with our friends, learning to serve ourselves and fine-tuning motor skills, trying new things, and most importantly giving our bodies the energy they need to keep us healthy and happy during the day. We pride ourselves on providing two hot meals and a snack to all children every day. Below is a sample menu, and our offerings are so vast that you won't see the same dish served more than once every 8 weeks.
